Get ready to treasure hunt and tidy up at the Second Annual CPRV Community Yard Sale, happening Saturday, May 2 from 9am to 1pm!

After a fantastic turnout last year with over 30 participating homes across Colonial Place and Riverview, we’re excited to bring the neighborhoods together again for an even bigger and better event. Whether you’re looking to declutter, make some extra cash, or score great finds, this is a can’t-miss community tradition.

Mark your calendar, spread the word, and get ready for a fun, community-filled day of buying, selling, and connecting!

How to Participate

CPRV Civic League members can register for free. Not a member yet? No problem, non-member registration is just $10, which covers your annual civic league dues for one household member.

We Cover Promotion

Skip the hassle of advertising, we’ve got you covered. The CPRV team will promote the event on social media and place signs throughout the neighborhood to help bring in plenty of shoppers.

No Yard? No Problem

If you don’t have a suitable space to host your own sale, you can still join in. Register for a spot at the Gosnold Circle common space and sell alongside your neighbors.

Bonus Perks

We’re currently working on coordinating a local charity pickup for unsold items, as well as securing a dumpster to help with additional spring cleaning, making it even easier to clear out and give back.

Want to be a yard sale stop?

Registration is simple. Non-member registration is $10 and includes a 2026 CPRV Civic League membership. Current CPRV members can register for free as a thank-you for your continued support, and donations are encouraged to help offset event costs and keep initiatives like this going strong.

NOTE: Must be a resident of CPRV to be a yard sale vendor; the yard sale is open to the public.
