The Environmental & Community Improvement Committee’s neighborhood cleanup on 8/16/26 was a huge success!
A dedicated group of 12 volunteers came together to help beautify our neighborhood, removing an impressive 12 bags of litter from the Mayflower path all the way to Delaware Avenue, including litter along the water.
Environmental Committee Chair Delia Cercel shared her appreciation for everyone who participated: “Thank you, everyone, such a great group! Katie Hunt facilitated with Keep Norfolk Beautiful, and we ended up clearing Mayflower up to Delaware, including the water.”
Thank you to all of our volunteers, Katie Hunt, and Keep Norfolk Beautiful for helping make CPRV a cleaner and more beautiful place to call home.
