In 2025, the Colonial Place and Riverview Civic League brought neighbors together through more than 15 events that strengthened connections, celebrated creativity, and supported our wider community.
The year began with a Community Meet-Up at Pixels and continued with Monthly Happy Hours at local favorites, creating consistent opportunities for neighbors to connect. Spring and summer brought family-friendly fun with the Great CPRV Egg Hunt, Chalk the Walk, and the Independence Day Bike Parade, filling our streets with color, creativity, and community pride.
CPRV also focused on service. Neighbors collected school supplies for James Monroe Elementary, supported students through the Holiday Food Drive, and promoted sustainability during the Community Yard Sale. The Mermaid Painting Station added hands-on creativity to the Art Walk, while year-round beautification and volunteer efforts helped bring our shared vision to life.
As we look ahead to 2026, CPRV remains committed to building a welcoming, connected neighborhood—because great communities start with great neighbors.
