Kicking Off 2026: Community, Safety, and What’s Next for Colonial Place Riverview

By Pooya Mohit, CPRV Civic League President

Monday, January 12, 2025   |   6:30–7:45 PM   |   Kingdom Embassy Ministries, Mayflower Road

We kicked off 2026 with a strong first meeting and an even stronger turnout. Neighbors connected over great snacks and refreshments thanks to our Social Events Committee, then settled in for a packed agenda that reflected just how active our community has become.

Highlights included a safety update from our Community Resource Officer, a look back at more than 15 CPRV events from 2025, and a preview of what’s ahead in 2026, from returning favorites like the egg hunt and art walk to new outings and initiatives. We also heard updates on neighborhood improvements, environmental projects, local development, committee leadership changes, and ways to get involved, including volunteering and membership.
