In the event that you are unable to attend the meeting, whether in person or virtually, we have also introduced a Proxy Voting form. This form allows you to make an absentee vote, ensuring that your voice is heard even if you cannot be present. Attached to this message, you will find the Proxy Voting form, along with clear instructions on how to complete it accurately.
1. General Member Information:
– Fill in your name.
2. Designate a Proxy Member:
– Provide the Proxy Member’s name and contact details (phone # or email).
3. Meeting Details:
– Specify the meeting date (month).
4. Voting Instructions:
– Voting member to email form to membership@cprv.net and president@cprv.net.
NOTE: Please leave Motion/Vote portion blank to be completed by Proxy Member at time of vote
5. Board Member’s Signature:
– Desingated Board Member will intial and print form to be handed to Proxy Member on day of the meeting for the respective month, as designated on the form.
6. Submission:
– Submit the form to your Proxy Member well in advance of the meeting. Voting member to email form to membership@cprv.net and president@cprv.net
7. Proxy Member Responsibilities:
– Your Proxy Member will ensure your vote is cast correctly during the meeting. Please be sure to have a conversation with your proxy member so that your vote is accurately represented as per your desired opinion.
8. Notes:
– Only eligible, good-standing General Members can designate a proxy.
– The proxy vote will be recorded at the meeting.
Please complete the form as per these instructions to exercise your voting rights in the CPRV Civic League. Thank you for your participation in the shaping of our community.
While proxy voting is convenient, we encourage residents to attend either in person or virtually if possible. Face-to-face discussions and community engagement are invaluable.
The General Member Meetings are held on the 2nd Monday of each month at 6:30pm. The location is Kingdom Embassy Ministries, situated at 645 Mayflower Rd. Whether you choose to join us in person or virtually, your presence and input are vital to the progress of our neighborhood.
