Neighborhood History: 4411 Colonial Ave
4411 Colonial Avenue was built in 1913, by Elijah Jefferson Robertson, who resided there, with his wife, Ella Mae and their son, Robert.
Neighborhood Watch is a powerful tool that brings citizens together to make their neighborhoods safer places to live. Residents are more familiar with their neighborhood than anyone and are the most qualified to recognize when something is amiss. Neighbors work in partnership with the police department to identify suspicious or unusual people, vehicles, or activity that may indicate a developing problem.
Virtual Neighborhood Watch lets you register your exterior cameras with the Norfolk Police Department. Registering your camera(s) lets the NPD know where cameras are located so that they can contact you and request footage if a crime occurs near your home. Registration is easy! Keep it lit. Lock it up. If you see something, say something.
