The 2026 CPRV Community Yard Sale overcame a rainy first date and returned the next day with 44 participating homes, strong shopper turnout, and plenty of neighborhood energy.
A New Year means a fresh start. And what better way to start fresh than with a good breakfast? Our first event of 2023 is a Bagel & Wraps Meet-up at Yorgo’s.

Time: 9:30 am
Place: Yorgo’s Bageldashery
Why?: To celebrate Martin Luther King Day and great neighbors
Grab your breakfast of choice at the counter downstairs and meet us upstairs for great food and amazing company.
